![]() ![]() I also tried the old "press D when starting up" to check the hardware and it did not load any diagnostics just booted up as normal despite holding the D key for over 10 seconds at least 3 times during the start up. I am running around in circles and getting very annoyed as every app update requires a newer software which is what I'm trying to update but for the life of me I can't do it. I noticed all of this became a problem when I could no longer use my current WhatsApp or Skype. I have tried the apps website directly and every link for High Sierra and regular Sierra, either doesn't load or says its not unavailable in the UK. When I click software updates anywhere on my Mac, it takes me to the app store where its shows 3 incompatible app updates which are WhatsApp, iMovie and iPhoto. Which is Mavericks so I don't get why High Sierra appeared as "installed" in my app store. When I click About this Mac it only states OS X then 10.9.5. The one time I found it in the app store is said it was already installed but I haven't downloaded or updated my software for a long time. I cannot access links via apple or the app store to download High Sierra. ![]() I've been searching for well over 2 hours now. ![]()
